Combining contemporary heating technology with traditional timber floors, Ambiplate is an underfloor heating system designed specifically for joisted floors. Mesh suspended between joists holds insulation, over which Ambiplates are fixed with channels for Ambiflow hot water pipe to run in. Even spacing of pipes with heat dispersed through the aluminium plates, supplies you with comfortable warmth right across the floor. Ambiplate is overlaid with chipboard plus any wood or stone floor of your choice, and you control the temperature in every room with independent room thermostats.
